Our History: Vibration and Air Separation Technology

With roots dating back to 1919, JOEST has been designing and manufacturing high-performance vibratory equipment for over a century. JOEST Inc. was established in the 1990s, and in 2006 we began designing and manufacturing equipment in the Chicago area, along with providing locally stocked spare parts for fast delivery.

JOEST Inc.’s parent company, JOEST Solutions GmbH, is a medium-sized company founded in Germany. Our U.S. operations combine American manufacturing capabilities with proprietary drive technology and engineering expertise developed over decades. Our 100+ years of experience enable us to deliver reliable, proven solutions while also developing innovative approaches to meet unique customer challenges.

We manufacture vibratory equipment for screening, feeding, conveying, sorting, thermal processing and for the lifting and tipping of bulk materials — serving virtually every industry across the globe.

Internationalization – joest group

A Global Network with a Strong U.S. Presence

With 12 subsidiaries across four continents, the JOEST group is positioned to serve customers around the world while staying connected to local markets. Our international growth began in 2001 with the founding of JOEST Australia. In 2006, JOEST USA was established in the Chicago area, expanding our ability to serve North American customers with local manufacturing, engineering, and support. That same year, JOEST France was founded, strengthening our presence in Western Europe.

JOEST China followed in 2008, and JOEST India in 2009, now a key hub for the South Asian region. In 2012, JOEST South Africa was established and we joined JBM China, extending our reach in both Africa and Asia.

In 2014, JOEST Brazil brought our solutions directly to South American customers, followed by JOEST Korea in 2017 to meet the growing demand in East Asia.

A major strategic step came in 2019 with the integration of GOESSLING, a specialist in conveying and automation solutions for bulk materials and metal parts — a perfect complement to our portfolio. In 2024, the addition of MOGENSEN, an expert in screening technology, further enhanced our capabilities in classification and sorting.

Through this global structure and close collaboration across the JOEST group, we deliver the highest standards in quality, innovation, and service — locally anchored, globally connected.
