Our MUCKI lifting devices are designed as single-column systems with electromechanical drives and offer a compact solution for the safe lifting, precise positioning, and controlled discharge of containers into a wide variety of process systems. Their robust design, modular configuration, and customizable container handling make them ideal for automated material flows.
Thanks to the chain-driven lifting mechanism and optional features such as swiveling, rotating, or tilting, the system enables both simple height adjustments and complex transfer scenarios – for example to packaging lines, screens, dryers, or centrifuges. Typical applications include accurately reaching multiple positions, mixing container contents, or transferring product with minimal drop height.
FUNcTION
The MUCKI lifting device is a compact, electromechanically operated lifting system developed for the safe lifting, positioning, and, if required, discharge of containers or vessels. It is based on a single vertical column along which a carrier platform is moved up and down via a chain drive.
Positioning is precise and stepless – with the option of freely programmable stop points, for example for intermediate transfers or dosing stations. The integrated control system allows for the selection of automatic programs or manual operation via a control panel or the plant control system.
In addition to the basic lifting function, the platform can be optionally equipped with swiveling, rotating, or tilting units – for example, to enable controlled discharge of containers into downstream equipment. Tilting can be achieved via a separate drive or by swiveling the entire platform – customized to suit the specific product and process.
Thanks to its design, the lifting device requires only a small footprint and can be integrated even in confined installation spaces. The load handling device is individually adapted to the container type – whether for containers, big bags, drums, or special vessels. Integration with conveyor systems, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), driverless transport systems (FTS), or safety enclosures is also possible.
