Pre-Classifying and Screening
JOEST OSCILLA Family flip-flow screens and TopSpin finger cascade screens are ideal for pre-classifying and screening challenging, heterogeneous recycling materials. For pre-classification in recycling plants and the screening of heterogeneous products, JOEST screening technology offers robust, high-performance solutions. Depending on the application, different machine types are available.
Reliable separation for challenging screening tasks
The flip-flow screen OSCILLA Classic forms the foundation of the OSCILLA Family. By combining a dynamic frame with elastic screen mats, it generates high accelerations that enable reliable separation even with difficult materials. The flexible screening motion prevents the screen surfaces from clogging and ensures stable process control. Its maintenance-friendly design and easy screen mat changes support economical operation.
TopSpin for high throughputs and coarse fractions
For larger cut sizes and high throughput rates, the TopSpin finger cascade screen is used. The cascade-shaped arrangement of the screen elements ensures intensive material movement and effective separation. Reliable classification is achieved even with coarse and heavily contaminated materials. Its robust design enables operation under demanding conditions.
OSCILLA Combi for complex requirements
The OSCILLA Combi combines the advantages of different screening technologies. By combining flip-flow screening with other screening principles, different material fractions can be separated efficiently. The machine is flexible in use and is particularly suitable for complex requirements in plastics recycling.
Zig-Zag Separator –
Reliable Separation of Light Materials
Zig-Zag Separators separate materials based on their aerodynamic properties. Light materials such as films or paper are reliably separated from heavier plastic fractions. The multi-stage air guidance in the separator channel ensures precise and continuous separation. The compact design allows easy integration into existing systems.
Fluidized Bed Dryer – Targeted Moisture Reduction
Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryers enable efficient reduction of residual moisture in plastic materials. By combining vibrating conveying with targeted hot-air guidance, the material is evenly aerated and gently dried. Process parameters are adapted to the material and throughput. The systems can be individually designed and integrated into existing processes. Different versions allow adaptation to specific requirements.
