Ausbildung als Mechantroniker, duales Studium Bachelor of Engineering.

Hey, I'm Robin Tibud. I’m 21 years old and excited to take you with me on my journey through the fascinating world of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and electrical engineering. As a future mechanical engineer and mechatronics apprentice at JOEST in Duelmen, I find myself not only at the intersection of theory and practice but also at the heart of highly complex and technically demanding products.

My mechanical engineering studies at FH Muenster provide me with a broad foundation of theoretical concepts, that I can later put into practice. The lectures and projects at my university not only offer a solid education but also inspire my daily work at JOEST and my involvement in the "Racing Power Muenster" motorsport team.

During my apprenticeship at JOEST, a company known for its technical finesse and precision, I have the privilege of participating in various projects. Even though my role primarily involves hands-on implementation, this experience provides me with a deep insight into the world of product development and mechanical engineering.

What's particularly exciting is my perspective on JOEST’s products from an electrical engineering point of view. The company has dedicated itself to offering innovative solutions in the field of bulk material handling. My tasks focus on supporting the implementation of these solutions and applying my electrical engineering skills within this context.

From assembly to commissioning of cutting-edge control systems, I experience electrical engineering up close, which allows me to develop technical expertise and a profound understanding of industrial applications. Not only do these experiences benefit my daily work at JOEST but they also enrich my perspective on my college racing car project with Racing Power Muenster.

My motorsport project greatly benefits from my in-depth understanding of electrical systems. Applying this knowledge in the context of the Formula Student Electric Race Car unlocks innovative paths and creates a bridge between the challenging projects at JOEST and my passion for motorsport and electromobility.

In the combination of apprenticeship, college, and my project within the Formula Student program, I experience technological innovation and witness the evolution of highly complex products that receive global recognition. This experience not only offers exciting career prospects but also inspires me in my daily work to continually seek new ways for improvement.

"I look forward to taking you along on my journey and sharing with you my experiences in the world of JOEST and Racing Power Münster."
